Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy Addendum ("Addendum") describes how AgentSpec, a product developed and operated by Cloudplexo ("Cloudplexo", "we", "us", or "our"), handles data within its platform and services.

This Addendum supplements and should be read in conjunction with the main Cloudplexo Privacy Policy.

2. Our Privacy Commitment

AgentSpec is designed with privacy by default and does not store or retain any user data, workflow data, or AI interactions. All processing occurs securely in real time and is immediately discarded after the session.

3. Information Processing and Storage

No user data collection: AgentSpec does not collect, log, or retain any personal information, prompts, or workflow data.

Temporary processing only: All user interactions are processed transiently in memory and are not stored in databases or logs.

Third-party integrations: AgentSpec connects securely with AWS Bedrock. Data exchanged with AWS is encrypted and handled in accordance with AWS's strict privacy and security standards.

Analytics: Basic, non-personal telemetry may be collected (e.g., API performance metrics, error logs) solely to maintain and improve system performance. These contain no personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Data Retention

AgentSpec retains no user or workflow data after processing. Temporary operational logs may be maintained for less than 24 hours for security or debugging purposes and are automatically purged thereafter.

5. Security

All transmissions between users and the AgentSpec platform are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Cloudplexo employs enterprise-grade cloud security controls to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

6. Use of AWS Bedrock

AgentSpec's integration with AWS Bedrock adheres to AWS's data privacy and compliance framework.

Cloudplexo does not share, sell, or reuse any data transmitted through AgentSpec's LLM integrations. AWS may process such data temporarily to generate AI outputs, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

AgentSpec is not directed toward children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process any data from minors.

8. Changes to This Addendum

We may update this Addendum periodically to reflect changes in our platform or applicable regulations. The "Last updated" date will always indicate the most recent revision.
